By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

Complex details/objects/extra characters/pets/extras WILL result in additional costs.-------TURNAROUND TIMES
I DO NOT WORK WITH DEADLINES, SO IF YOU HAVE ONE, DO NOT COMMISSION ME!!
Usually TAT 1 week to 3 months. May take shorter or longer depending in situations. If cannot complete, will provide refund options.-------REVISIONS
The client is entitled to...
• 1 Major Revision in sketch phase. Any after $5-10 fee per fix.
• 5 additional free revisions sketch to line art phase. Any after $1-$5 fee per fix.
• Any revisions in FLAT color phase based on wrong colors. Any other revisions will be charged $1-$10 depending on how major it is.The client is NOT entitled to the following:
• Major revisions after the clean sketch is confirmed
• Any type of revisions EXCEPT for missing/wrong colors and bad rendering during rendering phasePlease make sure when you request revisions, you are as clear as possible and as concise as possible. If any mistakes are made by the artist, I will be sure to correct them on my own and not charge you.Updates are given as often as possible, and also upon client's request.--------INFORMATION REQUIRED
• References: Hard/visible references; I cannot function on descriptions, so please draw it out no matter how bad your art is. (MUST HAVE)
• Character personality: If you don’t have a pose/expression idea, if you do, please provide the pose reference

Payments are strictly done through Paypal Invoice and charged in UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD)
Payments can be made up front before sketch or after the first rough sketch update. 50% has to be made before the artist continues with revisions and the clean sketch. The artist will not continue with the artwork unless the client pays in full after the clean sketch is confirmed. Please see REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS for refund policies.PAYMENT MAP

--------DELIVERY
The artwork itself and all other files that come with it will be delivered through Google Drive, Email, or DeviantArt Stash depending on the commissioner’s preferences.ALL completed artworks come with 1 watermarked version and 1 version without watermark for personal use. Clients are advised to use the watermarked version for the safety of the artist and the commissioner when posting the work on other platforms. Clients may request transparent/single colored/gradient backgrounds free of charge.--------REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refunds will ONLY be given before flat color phase with a rate of 0-50% depending on how much work is done. No refunds after line art is confirmed. No refunds altogether for line-art/black and white commissions.

• Share the finished piece to any of my social media and use it as promotional material as I please. If you request private commissions, you may be required to pay a fee (depending on commission type).
• Decline a commission at any time if I feel it is out of my ability to complete.
• Claim copyrights of all works and progress given.I will NOT…
• Claim rights to the design and intelligence of my commissioners’ characters or any of which they may have come up with or own. I am merely their pen and paper.You, the Customer:
As the customer, you are not allowed to…
• Infringe any copyright. This includes profiting off the artwork, claiming the piece as done by you, and altering the work without permission.You MAY…
• Post/Share the artwork on any personal media as long as you properly credit the me. Always use watermark pieces for the safety of the commissioner and the artist.
• Use the artwork for personal use ONLY. Commercial use prices are 3 times the original.
• Claim character/design as your own, but you will not claim the artwork itself.DEFINITION OF COMMERCIAL USE
Used to promote self in any sort of way to receive profit, or allow mass amount of people to utilize the art as a way of promoting oneself.

SHIPPING
+ Domestic (within US):
Base $4.50 - $5 including materials fee
USPS by default, please discuss with us if you use another courier.+ International (outside US):
- Please note that this shipping will be expensive.
- International shipping is okay as long as you can bear the fee, and bear with us. We suggest you stockpile more than 1 claim before shipping out to you.

REFUND POLICY
I know this is hard to swallow, but I need to make this clear.You will only be refunded under the following circumstance:
• The item purchased was refunded due to various reasons.
• We sent you the wrong item (depending on the cost of the item, we may ask for you to ship it back to us while we pay the shipping).
• It was our fault/company's fault that we cannot get you the item (for example, item got cancelled by either us or company, it wasn't ordered, item sold out etc.).


You will NOT receive a refund under these situations:• Noticeable defects of the item if it's like this as a whole (It's hard to exchange items when buying internationally. If I am notified of any sort of defects, I may attempt to cancel the whole split or go along with it, or try and get a replacement).• It gets lost/damaged being shipped in the mail. We'll do our best to reinforce the items/get our proxy/warehouse to reinforce the items and double check shipping information.• If the item is not in our hands, we will not be responsible. We are not business owners and are merch buyers like you. But! We will do our best to get the refund. Do note some shops have policies with refunds and exchanges. So, if they don't allow refund/exchange, then unfortunately we will not have the money to give back to you as ...we wouldn't have the money from our items either.• You are irresponsible with your claims, purchases, and payments. I do not offer refunds once you paid, as it is a waste of my time and effort trying to follow up with you. If you don't want your merch, find someone to take your spot, take the items, or take the loss. Up to 1 week of no response for initial claim payments forfeits your slot, up to 2 weeks of no response for international shipping payment results in no refund and forfeiting your item/s, and up to 2 weeks of no response for domestic results in forfeiting your item and a blacklist. At most, I will send 2-3 reminders. Please check your inboxes and reply. You may be blacklisted for ghosting.Please only order/join splits if you accept the risk and is willing to uphold your end of the transaction.

PAYMENTS & PAYMENT METHODS
• Mainly Paypal, please note that we only accept FRIENDS & FAMILY. ALL Goods & Services payments WILL be refunded. Please refrain from purchasing if this puts you off, or you can ask me for purchase proofs.
• Zelle, Venmo, and Wise are accepted as well.


Pre-Orders/Splits & Group Orders usually has 2-3 sets of payments:
1) Initial payment for the item alone
2) International split shipping (sometimes can be combined with (1), depending on if we have to pay now or later).
3) Domestic/Int'l me-to-you shipping cost (1 time payment or your claims or all of your items if you had us hold).On-hand Goods is usually 1-time payment, including or not including domestic/int'l shipping.

BLOCKS & BLACKLISTS OR ITEM DROPS
I honestly hate to do this, but I need to put this out there.• PLEASE COMMUNICATE. If I message you with a payment and a deadline, talk to me! Continuous ghosting will result in a blacklist.
• PLEASE NOTIFY OF ALL ACCOUNT INFORMATION CHANGES...I can't stress this enough. If I can't find you, you won't get your item/s.
• If you need extensions or a payment plan, please discuss with me first.
• PLEASE CLAIM RESPONSIBLY...you are NOT allowed to back out of claims for splits/GOs/pre-orders once you have paid or are serious about purchasing, unless you have an extreme and reasonable situations. Continuously revoking claims will result in a blacklist.
• Auto-blacklist if I personally have to revoke your claims once due to no communications and/or not making payments on time. If there was a reason or emergency, say something.
• You may message me for updates and claims and small-talks, but please DO NOT spam me or mention inappropriate/sensitive topics. If you make me uncomfortable, I'm sorry, I will block without warning.
